The bike

Forged in the lab and on the race track

Rallon is a gravity bike built around control. A low centre of gravity keeps it planted and precise at race speed, while supple, progressive suspension chases traction and opens up lines other bikes skip past. And because no two tracks — or riders — are the same, it's one of the most adjustable frames you can buy: dial the geometry, the progression, the wheel size and the ride feel to whatever's in front of you.

Sold, built and serviced in Singapore by CANNASIA, the official Orbea distributor. Ride the tech at Chestnut and Bukit Timah on the weekends, pack it for the bike parks of Malaysia and Thailand when the trip calls — then bring it back to Frankel Avenue for setup and servicing by people who know the platform.

Get the highlights

Three reasons the Rallon just goes

Downhill-grade suspension performance. A low, balanced chassis that stays calm when it's rough. And more ways to tune the bike to your trail than anything else in the class.

01 · Downhill-developed suspension

DH-level performance, enduro-ready

Enduro riders want downhill-grade suspension to smooth the roughest tracks — so the Rallon runs the same active kinematics whether it's built as an enduro bike or a full DH rig. A 180 mm fork matched to 170 mm of rear travel hits the sweet spot: enough for the biggest hits in the bike park, without dulling the bike's eager handling.

Progressive leverage ratio

Progressive leverage ratio

The suspension stiffens as it moves deeper into travel — small-bump sensitivity and traction up top, real support against bottoming out on the big hits.

Lower pedal kickback

Lower pedal kickback

Tuned kinematics reduce chain interference, so the rear wheel stays free to track the ground — pure traction, smoother suspension.

Anti-rise · controlled braking

Anti-rise · controlled braking

The rear pivot location decouples braking forces from the swingarm, so the suspension keeps working while you're hard on the brakes.

Attitude Adjust

Attitude Adjust

Tune the kinematic progressivity between 22.5% (more linear — mid-stroke support and sharper handling for fast tracks) and 27.5% (more progressive — for rough terrain and bigger drops).

Capable on the climbs

Capable on the climbs

Active suspension prioritises the descent; flip the shock lockout for long climbs. Want it automatic? An electronic shock that firms for pedalling and opens to charge is available through MyO.

02 · Balance built in

Keep the weight low, stay planted

A low centre of gravity keeps the Rallon composed through steep chutes, tight switchbacks and long, rough stages. The GravityLink rocker sits the shock low for a centred feel and rock-solid control when the trail turns nasty.

Low standover, more stability

Low standover, more stability

A lower shock, top tube and bottom bracket drop the centre of gravity — steadier through fast corners and off-camber lines, and more room to move the bike beneath you.

Planted when pushing hard

Planted when pushing hard

A World-Cup pit trick, built in: add mass at the bottom bracket for a plusher, more planted ride, or strip it out for tracks that reward acceleration.

Bolt-on BB weights

Bolt-on BB weights

A 553 g weight bolts straight onto the GravityLink — no tools-in-a-drawer workaround, just quick, secure setup for lift days.

Steep & deep, now even deeper

A low standover and a steep, deep-insertion seat tube fit up to a 240 mm dropper on every size — get the saddle right out of the way when it counts. And it still takes a bottle.

03 · Adjustability

More adjustable than anything in its class — on the trail and off it

From geometry to ride feel to wheel size, the Rallon is built to be dialled in. Some adjustments happen trackside in minutes; others you choose when you configure the bike through MyO.

Headset Adjust

Headset Adjust

An offset headset cup gives ±0.75° of head-angle adjustment — slacker for steep, aggressive runs, or sharper for flatter tracks. No new parts, just a swap.

Flip Chip

Flip Chip

Change shock progressivity by about 5% and switch High/Low — a 0.5° head-angle and 7 mm BB-drop change. Low for stability at speed, High for pedalling clearance.

29″ or mullet · 442 / 450

29″ or mullet · 442 / 450

Run full 29 for speed and rollover, or a 27.5″ rear for a playful, nimble feel — GravityLink keeps the geometry unchanged either way. Pick a 442 mm chainstay for flickable handling or 450 mm for high-speed hold, and choose internal or external headset cabling.

04 · Built for abuse

Quiet, tough, and race-standard

The Rallon gets you to the bottom on a quiet, reliable frame hung with gravity-standard components — the same equipment philosophy Orbea's enduro team races.

Quiet frame fundamentals

Quiet frame fundamentals

Cables are fully guided inside the frame — no rattle, and easy to change at service time — while an upgraded soft-rubber chainstay guard with hollow recesses soaks up chain slap.

Oquo wheels

Oquo wheels

Oquo MC32 wheels keep it on line — alloy MC32-TEAM as raced by FMD, or lighter carbon MC32-LTD for enduro racing.

Fox 38 & DH rubber

Fox 38 & DH rubber

The benchmark Fox 38 up front, and Maxxis DH/DD-casing tyres — the toughest options for the roughest tracks, wherever you point it.

Fully Loaded Pivot

Fully Loaded Pivot

A multitool with 2/3/4/5 mm hex keys held by magnet in the pivot, plus a 6 mm key in the rear axle — the tools you need for trailside adjustments, always on the bike.

LOCKR in-frame storage

LOCKR in-frame storage

Stash a tube, tool, snack or even a jacket behind the bottle mount — easier to access than ever, so you can leave the pack at home for shorter rides and race stages.

Fully sealed bearings

Fully sealed bearings

Bearings fail from grime, not load — so the main pivots are properly sealed. Clean bearings last longer and keep the suspension working when things get filthy.

Second Skin protection

Second Skin protection

Replaceable vinyl protection keeps the paint looking new for longer — handy on a bike built to be ridden hard.

MyO custom

We are unique. Your bike should be too.

Configure your Rallon through MyO — colours, components, wheel size, GravityLink setup and cockpit. Damien Oton runs longer chainstays and linear kinematics; set yours Low with weights for lift days, or keep it lean for the climbs. Custom paint at no extra cost, ordered through CANNASIA in Singapore.

A lot of bike for a flat island — and exactly right when you travel

Singapore has no lift-served descents, and that's the honest truth of it. The Rallon is the bike you build for the trips — and it's still huge fun on the tech we do have.

Central

Chestnut Nature Park

Singapore's only purpose-built MTB trails. Rooty, technical and tight — the Rallon is overbuilt for it and never flinches, and it's the perfect place to learn the bike before a trip.

Central

Bukit Timah & Kent Ridge

Technical singletrack and short, punchy descents. The low BB and planted geometry make quick work of the rooty, off-camber sections.

Pulau Ubin

Ketam Mountain Bike Park

A ferry ride away, with flowier lines and a few features to session — a fun island day out on a capable bike.

Across the Causeway

Bike-park trips

Where the Rallon really earns its keep: the gravity parks and enduro trails of Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. Pack it, swap to the 450 chainstay and DH tune, and go.
