Claims & Returns

All new merchandise delivered from us to you is covered by the respective manufacturer's stated warranty. In the event that a defect should occur, please contact us. In each case, we will try to solve the problem as quickly and accommodatingly as possible. To enable our return department to evaluate the defect properly, the article in question must be returned together with proof of purchase. After the defect has been verified, a decision is made whether a timely repair is possible or whether you will receive a replacement. We will then return the article to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement.

Reimbursements will be made by us as soon as possible. If you have paid by cash in advance, COD or direct debiting, the reimbursement payment will be deposited in your bank account. In case of payment by credit card or PayPal the reimbursement will be credited to the respective account.
