Terms & Conditions — Cannasia Pte Ltd

1. General These terms apply to all purchases from Cannasia Pte Ltd (83 Frankel Avenue, Singapore 458211), whether made online at cannasia.com or in-store, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. Cannasia reserves the right to cancel or amend an order where an item is out of stock, discontinued, or listed in error, with a full refund provided in such cases.
• Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only; actual specifications, colours, or components may vary slightly from those shown.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of order for all online and in-store purchases, except where an approved instalment or trade credit arrangement is in place.
• For invoiced trade/wholesale accounts, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Overdue invoiced accounts may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance from the due date.
• Cannasia may withhold delivery, collection, or servicing of goods until payment is received in full.
• Instalment purchases via DBS/POSB, Atome, or GrabPay are subject to those providers' own terms.

4. Delivery Delivery timeframes, shipping rates, and carrier details are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery or in-store collection.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty All returns, refunds, and manufacturer warranty claims are handled under our Claims & Returns / Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cannasia's total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant product or service.
• Cannasia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use or loss of income, arising from a product or service.
• Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Singapore law, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

7. Intellectual Property All content on cannasia.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Cannasia Pte Ltd or its licensors (including Orbea and Cannondale) and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9. Amendments to These Terms Cannasia may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
